Do I have to have a courier?

The Dental Team offers a Pick-Up and Delivery service across the country (excluding islands) through a partnership with DHL and SDA companies.

Pick-Up and deliveries within a 100 km radius from the main office are entrusted to our dedicated staff.

Are there any shipping costs that I have to pay?

The customer can have some shipping costs only in special cases and they are to be are agreed upon acceptance of the order placed at Dental Team.

What are the delivery times?

The processing time is agreed upon and confirmed by the logistics department for each order placed with us. The minimum delivery times from the receipt of the order in the laboratory are:

  • for Finished product - 5 business days (for orders placed before 12 o’clock/a.m.)
  • for Semi-finished - 3 business days (for orders placed before 12 o’clock/a.m.)

Are there any economic benefits if I choose longer delivery times?

Yes, let the Dental Team deliver for:

  • Finished Product - in 8 working days (received by 12 noon)
  • for Semi-Finished - in 6 working days (received by 12 noon). Thanks to the optimization of the manufacturing times we are able to lower our costs and thus the final price for your order will be lower as well.

I have an intraoral/database scanner picture. What address should I send my files to?

How should I request a Pick-Up?

Terms of payment

Payments are made for the sender, according to the terms of delivery. In order to agree the modalities of payment different from the suggested one, please contact the administrative department at the e-mail: [email protected]

What are the guarantees for a finished custom-made medical product?

Upon the completion of the manufacturing, a CERTIFICATION OF CONFORMITY under the Ministry of Health Directive 93/42 / EEC is issued, indicating:

  • Patient Advices
  • Periodic Inspection
  • Table Materials used in complete production batches to ensure traceability (in case of any problems)
  • Operating Instructions
  • Maintenance Instructions
  • Conservation and Safety
  • Warning to Your Physician
