Provisional Fixed Prosthesis

The provisional fixed prostheses are designed to solve aesthetic functional problems of patients in the short term while, following carefully the doctor's prescriptions, the laboratory produces the final and guaranteed dental element that will be anchored to the prepared natural stump.

The materials used for this type of products are fiberglass and PMMA (Cad-cam) for the production of structure and the acrylic resin for coatings. In some cases it is possible to produce support structures in Cobalt Chrome (Cast Fusion) that will always be coated in acrylic resin while the latter can also be used to produce temporary products that do not require a separate substructure like Veneers and Maryland.
